1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...high pressure, 30.20 inches, over quebec will move to
the canadian maritimes by thursday morning. a ridge of high
pressure, 30.10 inches, will extend across the eastern great
lakes through this time period. this will result in relatively
tranquil weather conditions. deepening low pressure is then
forecast to move from the central plains friday into the western
great lakes saturday. this system will result in windy conditions
and periodic showers through the weekend.
