for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 30.2 inch high across the lake tonight will slide
east across the canadian maritimes thursday. a 28.8 inch low over
the plains states friday will then lift northeast to lake 
superior friday night and saturday, then to james bay on sunday. 
the low will push its trailing cold front across the lake sunday.
a 30.4 inch high will then build across the southeastern states,
ridging northward across the lower great lakes on monday.

15 knots. waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet. 
.thursday...east winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northeast. waves
1 to 3 feet. 
.thursday night...northeast winds 10 knots or less becoming
southeast. waves 1 foot or less. 
.friday...southeast winds 5 to 15 knots. waves 2 feet or less. 
.friday night...southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to
15 to 20 knots. waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet. 
.saturday...southeast winds 15 to 25 knots. a chance of showers
during the day, then showers likely saturday night. waves 2 to

.sunday...south winds to 30 knots becoming west and diminishing
