1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a high pressure center over eastern canada extends a ridge 
averaging 30.10 inches over lake erie through friday. on friday 
through sunday, a low is expected to track generally northeastward
from the central great plains to near james bay and deepen to 
28.80 inches. this low will allow a warm front to sweep northward 
across lake erie friday night through saturday morning and a cold 
front to sweep eastward across the lake overnight saturday night 
through sunday. behind the cold front, a ridge averaging 30.10 
inches builds from the upper midwest through this monday.
